Blip Roasters in Kansas City, Missouri, opened a new café and roasting space in the West Bottoms neighborhood.

Blip closed the previous locations at 1101 Mulberry in the West Bottoms and at 1107 E. 30th in the Wonder Building in March 2020 as part of a COVID-19 safety measure for staff and customers.

Blip Roasters began in the West Bottoms as a wholesale roasting company in 2014. At the intersection of coffee and motorcycles, Blip focuses on creating an accessible approach to coffee and a community space for all kinds of motorcycles and their riders.

The new location offers in-house roasting for wholesale and retail customers, daily coffee service, a conference room, screen printing, and has leasable office space. The space will also house Velouté French Market and Catering, currently at the Overland Park Farmers’ Market, and will neighbor Anchor Moto, a full-service motorcycle garage.
